We strive to process and fulfill every order efficiently. However, there may be situations where we are unable to process an order, leading to cancellation. Below is an overview of our cancellation policy:

We may cancel an order for the following reasons:

  1. Stock Unavailability: The product is out of stock.
  2. Quantity Limitations: Restrictions on the number of items that can be purchased.
  3. Payment Issues: Problems identified by our credit or fraud detection department.

If we cancel your order, our Customer Care Team will notify you. For canceled orders where your credit card has already been charged, the amount will be reversed to your card account.

Non-Receipt of Payment

Orders that remain unpaid will automatically be treated as canceled.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Team.

  • Cancellation Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Cancellation After Processing: We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped. Please note that in some cases, processing may occur within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method:

  1. Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
  2. Check/Money Order Payments: If the payment has not been deposited, we will return the original Check or Money Order to the billing address.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.
  • For Check or Money Order refunds, additional time may be required for delivery and subsequent crediting to your account after deposit.

Important Note: Meds4Erection is not responsible for delays in refunds to your credit card account caused by your card issuer or bank.
